Keppra not perfect, but the best yet!

Kate is still having up to 14 seizures a day, but they are nearly all very minor and short. So far, side effects on Keppra have been minimal.

We are waiting to hear back from the Epilepsy people to see if we can up her dose a little. I feel like we're close to control, but not sure if more Keppra is advisable.

We have a consultation for the Ketogenic diet at Stanford next week Tuesday. We look forward to learning more. If we decide to go ahead with the diet, we likely will start the week of 12/8. Kate would be in the hospital (Stanford) for a minimum of 2-3 days to get the diet started.
