Spoke to her Pediatrician this afternoon. Kate's seizures have not gotten better with increased doses of phenobarb. Her Pediatrician spoke with UCSF and the Neurologists there are saying they want to run another EEG soon. They want to confirm that she is actually having seizures and not something else. Unfortunately, this will mean other stay at UCSF for at least one night. Not sure when that will be, but it sounds like they want it by early next week or sooner.
We'll be talking to the UCSF Neurologists directly tomorrow morning to decide when. At this point, we're still planning on going down to San Jose to have Kate's 3 month pictures taken tomorrow. We may be stopping at UCSF on the way back... we'll know tomorrow.
We gonna catch a break soon or what?!?!?!
