ICU - July 8th #3

Tubes out & we're off to the Transitional Care Unit.

As of 2pm, Kates drainage tubes and pacemaker wires are out! Kate is much more comfortable now (maybe it's the larger dose of morphine), but she sure didn't like getting those tubes out. They told us it was going to be uncomfortable for her while they were removed, and boy was it! It was quite hard to watch.

We're headed over to the TCU. I'll report later.
