Today is hopefully the last day we'll be at UCSF for a while!
Kate is doing well. She hasn't had a seizure since Friday and none of the tests indicated anything else is awry.
She will be getting her stitches out today (from her drainage tube holes). She's healing up nicely. Her incision is looking good, with about half of the steri-strips having fallen off already. Those stitches are internal, so they will dissolve in time.
After getting her meds and stitches out, we expect to be going home this afternoon. Hopefully, she copes with the drive home better than last week! She has generally been less fussy the past few days, even though she hasn't had any Tylenol for about 2 days now!

Ken and I are keeping all of you in our thoughts - thank you so much for keeping us updated! I've emailed Christina with an idea I had to help you guys out in the coming weeks - she's going to talk to you about it and get back to me, so you two don't have to worry about contacting me! We love you!!!
